Q: What does AntiGPT do?
A: AntiGPT rewrites AI-assisted drafts so they read naturally in your own voice (varied sentence rhythm, plainer word choices, fewer of the patterns classifiers flag) and then lets you check the result against an AI detector inside the app. It is a writing tool, not a way to misrepresent work.

Q: Does it work with GPTZero, Turnitin or Originality?
A: Detectors are third-party classifiers that change frequently, so no tool can promise a result on any of them. AntiGPT improves the signals detectors weigh (predictability and uniformity) and shows you a score so you can judge each piece yourself. We publish measured results only when we have them, with the date.

Q: How are words counted?
A: We count words on the text you submit, once, at request time: whitespace-separated tokens that contain at least one letter or digit. Output length never affects your balance, and a request that fails is never charged.

Q: What happens if a request fails?
A: You are charged nothing. Words are reserved when you submit and released back to your balance if the rewrite does not complete.

Q: Do you keep the text I paste?
A: History is on by default so you can return to previous rewrites; you can turn it off in Settings, and turning it off deletes prior history. Text is never used to train anything and is never shared beyond the services needed to process your request.

Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Subscriptions can be cancelled any time and stay active until the end of the paid period. One-time passes and credits are non-refundable once used; contact support within 7 days if a purchase did not work as described.

Q: Which languages are supported?
A: English is fully supported. Other languages are processed on a best-effort basis and results vary; we recommend checking output carefully in languages other than English.

Q: How do I cancel?
A: Open Usage & Billing in the app. Card subscriptions are managed through the Stripe customer portal; Ghana mobile-money and card plans are prepaid and simply expire, with reminders 3 days and 1 day before.
