How words are counted
We count the words in what you submit, once, when you press Humanize: split on whitespace, count every token that contains a letter or digit. The output's length never counts. If the rewrite doesn't complete, the words go straight back.

11 words: The, results, all, 3, of, them, show, a, clear, measurable, improvement. The commas and the full stop are not words. This request costs 11 words.
Refunds and cancellation
Card subscriptions can be cancelled any time in Usage & Billing and stay active until the end of the paid period; we email you 3 days before every charge. Ghana passes, plans and credit packs are prepaid, never renew, and are non-refundable once any words are used. If a purchase did not work as described, write to support@antigpt.app within 7 days and we will fix it or refund it.
Billing questions
How are words counted?
On the text you submit, once, at request time: whitespace-separated tokens with at least one letter or digit. Output length never counts, and failed requests are never charged.
Do unused words roll over?
No. Monthly and annual plans reset their allowance each period. Credit packs are valid for 6 months and are drawn down as you use them.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Card subscriptions are managed in the Stripe customer portal from Usage & Billing: upgrades apply immediately with proration, downgrades at the end of the period, and cancellation keeps access until the period ends.
How does paying in Ghana work?
Ghana plans are prepaid through Paystack with mobile money or a card: a 24-hour pass, a 30-day plan, or a credit pack. They do not renew; we email you 3 days and 1 day before a plan ends.
Will I be reminded before a renewal charge?
Yes. Card subscriptions email you 3 days before each charge, and the next charge date is always shown in Usage & Billing.
