Refund policy

Subscriptions (Stripe): cancel any time in the Stripe customer portal from Usage & Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period; we do not pro-rate refunds for unused time, except where required by law. Upgrades are pro-rated automatically; downgrades apply at the next period.

Ghana plans (Paystack): 24-hour passes, 30-day plans and credit packs are prepaid, do not renew, and are non-refundable once any words have been used. If a payment was taken but access was not granted, contact us within 7 days with your Paystack reference and we will fix it or refund it.
