How it works
Humanize, check and adjust on one screen. Here is each step and how words are counted.
- 1
Paste your draft
Paste any AI-assisted text. The live counter shows the exact number of words a request will use: whitespace-separated tokens containing a letter or digit. Your per-request cap depends on your plan.
- 2
Choose a mode and readability
Basic makes the lightest changes, Enhanced restructures sentences while keeping terminology, Aggressive rewrites most freely. Readability sets vocabulary level from Standard to Doctorate, with Journalist and Marketing for those registers.
- 3
Pick the better variant
Two rewrites come back. Compare them, copy the one you prefer, or send it straight back through to re-humanize. Words are reserved when you submit and released if the request fails. You never pay for a failed call.
- 4
Check the score
Run the detector on the original and the rewrite and compare side by side. The score is an estimate from a classifier. Use it as feedback on how the text reads, then make the final call as the author.
How words are counted
We count the words you submit, once, at request time: split on whitespace, count tokens with at least one letter or digit. Output length never affects the meter. The count is stored on each job so it is auditable. A request that fails (engine timeout, error) releases its words back to your balance. Unused words do not roll over at period end.
Detector scores are estimates from third-party classifiers and change as those tools update. No text can be guaranteed to pass any detector. Use this to improve your writing, and follow your institution's or employer's rules on AI use.
