How do I change or cancel my plan?

Open Usage & Billing. Card subscriptions are managed in the Stripe customer portal from there: upgrades take effect immediately with proration, downgrades at the end of the period, and cancelling keeps your access until the paid period ends.

Ghana plans are prepaid and simply expire (there's nothing to cancel), and we email you 3 days and 1 day before a plan ends so you can renew if you want to.
