Do unused words roll over?

No. Monthly and annual plans reset their word allowance at the start of each period, so unused words don't carry forward. This keeps pricing simple and honest: you pay for a period's capacity, not a growing bank.

Credit packs are the exception: they're a fixed number of words valid for six months, drawn down as you use them.
